Sell your phone allows you to trade-in your phone and receive the value of your phone into your TopCashback account, we’ll also add extra cashback for each phone you trade in through sell your phone.

How does it work?

Visit the Sell your phone site through the link 'Sell Your Phone now’ and search for the device you’d like to sell. Once you’ve provided information about the condition of your device, you’ll be provided with a quote. If you accept the quote, you can then send your device to our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) who will check your device and let you know of any issues or if it has been approved. Once approved, the value of your phone and your extra cashback will progress to Payable in your account within 3 days.

How long will it take to receive my cashback?

The value of your phone and your extra cashback will show within your TopCashback account at pending status once you have accepted your quote. It will progress through to Payable status in your TopCashback account after our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) has reviewed and approved your device. This normally takes between 1-3 working days from them receiving your device.

How do I send my device to you?

You’re able to send your device via the Post Office, you can either select to use a digital label or our partner (WeBuyAnyPhone.com) can send a pre-paid envelope and label to you. You will be able to choose your most convenient option when viewing your quote.

Where can I see my previous sales?

The ‘View my sales’ link on this page which will take you to your trade-ins section on the Sell your phone site. There, it will show your previous or current devices sold and you’ll be able to check their status.
